Being a technical leader is hard

Whether you are scaling a team, coaching and developing your reports, or trying to stay ahead of the latest tech developments – you’re constantly juggling priorities while making business-critical decisions and releasing high-quality products.

Lead Dev San Francisco is a two-day conference packed full of inspirational and practical sessions from the world’s top technical leaders, focused around three core themes: teams, tech and tools.

How can I get involved?

  • Become a speaker: our Call for Proposals is now open! You have a chance to join the speaker line-up by submitting your talk proposal before March 23.
  • Buy tickets: a limited number of Early Bird tickets will go live on January 27, so if you want to enjoy the best price for you and your team, keep an eye on your inbox for the email alert that day.
  • Sponsor us: connect with senior engineering leaders looking for tools to help them work more efficiently and to ship higher quality product.
  • Apply for a scholarship place: we run a scholarship program to support individuals from underrepresented and marginalised groups in tech. The deadline for applications is July 3.
  • Attend a meetup: We host quarterly meetups and you can get involved as an attendee, speaker, or sponsor.
