Update on June 25, 2020: As announced earlier this month, due to global uncertainty around Covid-19, it is with deep regret that we have had to postpone our inaugural in-person LeadDev San Francisco conference to October 21 and 22, 2021.
If you currently hold a ticket for the LeadDev San Francisco conference, you may transfer your ticket to:
All transfers are free of charge.
If you currently hold a ticket for a LeadDev San Francisco workshop, you may transfer your ticket to:
All transfers are free of charge.
All LeadDev San Francisco ticket holders should have now received an email with a link to this form (for conference tickets) and/or this form (for workshop tickets) to make your transfer selection regarding your ticket.
Please note that places for all events are limited by capacity so we can only guarantee you a place until they sell out. For that reason, we recommend you make a decision as early as you are able to.
If you are ready to make a decision, please use the above form to make your selection.
If we do not hear from you by December 31, 2020 your ticket will default transfer to the new 2021 dates, subject to ticket availability. You will be notified by email once this ticket transfer has taken place.
If you do not receive an email, or you would like to discuss anything else around your ticket, please send us an email [email protected] and we’ll gladly work with you to find an option that works for you.
If for any reason you can’t attend at all, you’ll need to let us know no later than 30 days before LeadDev Together or no later than 60 days before the LeadDev conference and/or workshop. Refunds will not be made after this date.
We photograph and film all of our events and by registering you give us permission to use any images or footage taken of you on the day. We also reserve the right to reproduce quotes and feedback which will be fully credited. If you'd rather not be in any photos, we provide a different colored lanyard to let our photographer know.
The venue is fully accessible to wheelchair users and we provide live captioning of talks. If you have any requirements you think we should be aware of, you can let us know by email: [email protected]
We reserve the right to reproduce quotes and feedback submitted in a public sphere, which will be fully credited.
From time to time a speaker may drop out of our conference programme as we’ve advertised it and we reserve the right to substitute them for another equally awesome individual. We know you won’t be disappointed!
At the conference, your badge will feature a barcode unique to you. Our sponsors may request your permission to scan your badge so they can get in touch with you after the conference. If you agree, the sponsor will receive the following information (if provided when registering your conference ticket): your name, email address, Twitter username, job role, company, company sector, company size and company website. By allowing our sponsors to scan your badge, you are giving them permission to request this information from us. Please note, we will not give your details to our sponsors unless you approve the request.
Every attendee, sponsor, speaker and member of staff agrees to comply in full with our conference code of conduct.
